Guacamole

The best guacamole recipe is the simplest one.

Most guacamole recipes include spice blends which, in our opinion, are unnecessary and even spoil its subtlety. If the ingredients you use are of good quality, then the taste will be right on target. FUMADO sauce is an essential ingredient for bringing out the flavour, and its spiciness will help bind the ingredients together, acting as a flavour enhancer.

We prefer to use Spanish avocados in season, or African avocados, particularly Congolese, which will have spent less time in a container on the ocean than their South American counterparts, and will therefore have spent more time ripening on the tree.

This guacamole is delicious on tortillas or with corn chips as an aperitif.

INGREDIENTS :

-3 avocados

- 1/2 sweet onion

- 1 handful of fresh coriander

- 1 small tomato

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 teaspoon ground pepper

- The juice of a lime

- 1 teaspoon hot sauce Fumado or Fumata

PRÉPARATION :

Finely chop onion, tomato and coriander.

Remove the flesh from the avocados and cut into small cubes.

Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mash with a fork to desired consistency.

Serve with a few more drops of Fumado.
