A very angry version of PEARS FOR TEARS, with Carolina Reapers (grown in Brussels) instead of habaneros.
Specifically designed to accompany traditional dishes and products from France and Belgium, it adds a good dose of spiciness without ever upsetting the balance of the dish, as would a more exotic hot sauce.
The long finish of spicy pepper and the sweetness of pear combined in a familiar aromatic spectrum: a tribute to our grandmothers' tasty dishes.
Made with local pears, Belgian red onions, fresh garlic and organic cider vinegar, combined with Carolina Reaper peppers (grown on the roofs of Brussels without any chemicals) and a subtle blend of hand-crushed spices.
USAGE
On table :
- To accompany a raclette.
- On a cheese platter or as an aperitif with charcuterie.
- With prime rib or andouillette.
- To accompany meatballs, stoemp or sauerkraut.
In the kitchen:
- In a sandwich or croque monsieur.
- In a hamburger instead of mustard.
- In mackerel or sardine rillettes.
- In vinaigrette for boiled leeks.
In a cocktail:
