Yellow Habanero peppers grown chemical-free on the rooftops of Brussels, ripe mangoes, fresh garlic and ginger, organic lime and a complex blend of hand-crushed exotic spices: it's a concentrate of sunshine ready to transform even the most mundane dishes.
The combination of chilli and ginger gradually builds up the spiciness, giving a gradual but persistent rush.
This is SWET's first hot sauce, made at home in 2019, it's the SWET ONE, the source of all the others.
USAGE
On the table :
- It's the queen of roast chicken.
- Perfect with fish & chips and all kinds of fried foods.
- A few drops on hummus as an aperitif.
- For dipping spring rolls.
- Next to a seafood platter.
In the kitchen:
- Spice up pad Thai or fried noodles.
- A few drops in a vegetable wok.
- To caramelize porc or tofu.
In a cocktail:
- Moscow mule
- Freestyle with rum or vodka.
