The main ingredient is the IPA "La meute" from the brewery "Lasource" in Brussels.
Very versatile for most classic hot sauce purposes, its subtle floral spectrum of taste backs up a complex garlicky pepper taste. A slight sweetness from dark candy sirup completes a very discrete smokiness in the back.
Red habanero pepper brings it on the upside of medium heat, but it won’t mask any aroma either.
