Ok, it's true, it's so simple it's almost a joke, we all know how to cook a fried egg...
But frankly, you have to try to understand
The method.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat with a little olive oil, break an egg and cook to taste.
- Serve on a plate and add a little ground pepper, a pinch of fleur de sel, and a few drops of Fumado.
Enjoy with a piece of good sourdough bread or some rice.
