The simplest starters are often the best.
INGREDIENTS :
- 1 mozzarella de bufala.
- 3 tablespoons virgin olive oil.
- 1 to 3 tablespoons BLOODY JOSEPH hot sauce.
- A pinch of fleur de sel.
- A few fresh basil leaves, finely chopped.
PREPARATION :
- Combine the oil, hot sauce, salt and basil in a bowl and set aside for 10 minutes to allow the basil to infuse.
- Place the mozzarella in the middle of a plate and pour the mixture over it.
SERVICE :
Serve as an appetizer or as an aperitif, accompanied by a good loaf of sourdough bread.
