Heat 10/10 - Production limited to 122 bottles
The first sauce to have been produced with carolina reapers grown in Bxl.
SUPER HOT version of the PEARS FOR TEARS, with CAROLINA REAPERS instead of habaneros.
BLOODY JOSEF
Heat 5/10 - Production limited to 232 bottles
Prepared with organic Italian tomatoes with slightly burnt skin with a blowtorch, organic celery and magnificent red Habanero peppers which have grown in Brussels.
Also Josef is a big foodie, he really has the slab: he loves pasta, pizza, and anything that can be eaten really, he will replace the imperialist ketchup and the capitalist sriracha with a lot of satisfaction.
Any resemblance to an existing character is completely coincidental (many lookalikes).

April means the first Belgian rhubarb and strawberries, cooked with no added sugar but the best Aji Jamaiquino from Dominican Republic and a touch a gorgeous black IPA from @brusselsbeerproject
AMAÏ
Heat 7/10 - Production limited to 513 bottles
With Delta IPA from @brusselsbeerproject as main ingredient, this one is definitely different.
Very versatile, its subtle floral spectrum of taste backs up a complex garlicky pepper taste. A slight sweetness from dark candy sirup completes a very discrete smokiness in the back.
Aji Jamaiquino pepper brings it on the upside of medium heat.
SIRACHNA
Heat 5/10 - Production limited to 188 bottles
Authentic Srirachna experience, only better.
Fermented organic sweet peppers & yellow habaneros grown in Bxl, cooked with organic apple vinegar, brown cassonade and organic garlic.
All natural as always.

The subtle aroma of the best organic blood orange from Sicily paired with a subtle and accessible level of the particular heat from the GHOST peppers.
LEMON HARD

Fresh organic lemons from Sicily, cooked with Habanero peppers from Bxl, belgian ugly pears and yellow bell peppers.
Incomparable lemon aroma and freshness pushed by a nice amont of heat.
FUMADO
Heat 4/10 - Production limited to 322 bottles
The “PIMENTÒN DE LA VERA” is a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) from Extremadura, in northern Spain. This chili is dried with holm oak smoke for two weeks, right after harvest, which makes it taste so rich.
Unlike chipotle, it is free from artificial flavors or additives of any kind. It's pure smoke.
SUN BURN
Heat 8/10 - Production limited to 254 bottles
This is the source of all of this hot sauce obsessive making, historically the first recipe we wrote down to replication.
Fresh HABANERO peppers from Brussels, the best fresh ripe mangos from the Congo, fresh Belgian ginger, organic lime zest and a complex blend of rare spices make this sauce a very sweet tropical explosion that goes wonderfully with roasted fish or chicken, or shoyu fried tofu.
The good dose of ginger it contains gradually builds up the heat of the chilli pepper in the mouth, which makes it a rather long rush.
PEARS FOR TEARS
Heat 7/10 - Production limited to 303 bottles
Designed to match any classic northern European dish like Pot-au-feu, Waterzooï, Blanquette de veau or even simple mashed potatoes or mild cheeses like brie, this sauce provides a fair amount of heat without acting as a taste disturbance like a more classic hot sauce would.
Local organic pears, red onions, garlic and apple cider vinegar, paired with fresh HABANERO peppers from Brussels and a very subtle blend of spices.
